What we collect

The contact form collects the name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), topic, and message you enter. Submissions are received through Netlify Forms and delivered to doran@biomdconsulting.com. We use them to respond to you and for no other purpose. If you book a call through the scheduling link, the scheduling provider collects your name, email, and chosen time under its own privacy terms.

Downloads of the position paper, sample report, founding-client terms, and press materials do not require registration and are not tracked to you individually.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Hosting logs (Netlify) record standard request data such as IP address, browser, and pages requested for security and performance purposes and are retained for a limited period by the host. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested.

Client engagements

Information gathered during an engagement, including readiness assessment ratings, interview notes, and organizational documents, is held under the terms of that engagement's agreement. Assessment ratings are collected for the client and reported in aggregate. Founding clients agree to contribute de-identified ratings to the instrument's validation study; that consent is set out in writing at signing and can be withdrawn.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate this site and deliver engagements (hosting, form handling, scheduling, email), or where required by law.

Your rights

BioMD Consulting Ltd. is an Alberta company subject to Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to doran@biomdconsulting.com. We respond within 45 days.
